1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.


2. Shipping Time

Because many of our products are carefully prepared and handled with attention to quality, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections (if applicable)

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • High seasonal demand

In the event of unexpected delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


4. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Tracking
