1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of delivery and fulfillment.
